Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

5-10 business days is the standard window for packages to arrive.  You may receive your package earlier.  Lucky dog you!

Magnus Canis + Co. does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.


We hate the idea that you'd want to return something but we are very understanding within a few guidelines.

We only accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) should be unworn with all MAGNUS Canis + Co. tags attached. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Any returned item(s) that is deemed "not within tolerance" may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 

We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them. We do not offer returns or refunds on PERSONALISED items or made to order items (bandanas, strap harness, collars, and human apparel). All sale items are final sale and non refundable.

If you wish to return something outside of our 14-day window, please contact us directly and we will try to help in any way we can. If we are able to take the item back, it will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

If your item breaks or becomes damaged due to a defect, we are happy to replace it or offer a store credit. If your item becomes damaged through normal use, we are unable to take this item back.

Please first send us an email to info@magnuscanisco.com with your order # and the reason for your return.

Please pack your return item with a note of order number, name, and address, please ensure all returns are unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair to the return address on your parcel packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if your return has been rejected.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (depending on your financial institution's policies).

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund:

1) Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs)

2) Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card.

We accept most major credit cards and Google Pay. Payment is collected via Shopify Payments.

Argh, frustrating but it happens! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s details - security code, expiration date, and billing address – match what you’ve entered into our system. If you’re still having difficulty, it’s best to check with your card issuer before trying again. If none of these apply, please contact info@magnuscanisco.com.


Not yet unfortunately! But we do offer virtual gift cards to customers. They are sold in specific increments of $25, $50, $100, $200 or $300. For information on Gift Cards, contact us at info@magnuscanisco.com.

After you’ve added items to your cart and proceed to checkout, enter your gift card info into the “gift card or discount code” section to apply to your order.


Vegan Leather should be respectfully treated the same as Animal Leather.  Do not use harsh cleaners or soaps as it may damage the leather and may cause irritation to your dog's skin. To clean, simply wipe down with water and a damp cloth.

Do not use harsh brushes or scrubby sponges.  Only a soft, damp cloth + water is needed to clean Our Vegan Leather.

We try to keep our classics in stock year-round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. You can however visit the product page of any sold-out item, select the size and color, and enter your email address to be notified when/if the product becomes available again.
