RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY

 

We want you to be THRILLED with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a RETURN / EXCHANGE on all qualified items.

 

You may request to RETURN / EXCHANGE merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must comply with our Return Policy stated within.

 

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original MAGNUS Canis + Co. tags attached and the original packaging included.

 

We offer one complimentary RETURN / EXCHANGE on the house. 

 

The following items are not eligible to be returned:

  • ‘CUSTOM-MADE’ Collection Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • Damaged and/or Soiled Items

 

 

Further Returns/Exchanges after the Complimentary Return are available at the customer’s cost.

 

The customer will cover Shipping Costs on Returning/Exchanging Merchandise as well as Shipping Costs on the New Order Shipment to customer.

 

You can send the returning merchandise via a courier of your choice and provide the tracking number.

 

Once received, the merch will be inspected for quality and a Refund issued.

 

After that, a New Order for your newly desired merchandise will be created and an email sent to collect payment.

 

 

 

EXCHANGES - HOW TO 

 

To initiate an exchange, please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via EMAIL.

Step 1 - Locate your order by providing the e-mail utilized to place your order and/or your order number.

Step 2 – Send an email to info@magnuscanisco.com stating your desired Return and the reason for the Return to avoid any processing delays.

Step 3 - Your return shipping label will be emailed to you. 

 

Once it has been delivered, please allow 3-5 business days so our team may process your return package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, MAGNUS Canis + Co. will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

 

Refunds are typically reflected within 3-5 business days of being issued. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund. 

If your requested exchange is not available, our Customer Support team will communicate this via e-mail.

 

We offer complimentary exchanges within the USA. Please note that we are only able to offer one exchange per order. If you are experiencing sizing issues consistently, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance with a sizing recommendation.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that have been purchased as part of a Clearance Sale and/or that have been marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. ‘RUFF Luxe’ Collection items may not be returned but may qualify for exchange if there is a sizing issue.
 

 

MAGNUS Canis + Co.  reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to our friendly Customer Support team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
