We offer Reduced Rate International Shipping via our partner, DHL.  Rates are calculated at checkout.  MAGNUS Canis + Co. does not cover the costs of import taxes or duties.

When will my order ship?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.


What are your Shipping Rates for shipping within the U.S.? 

We offer FREE STANDARD USPS Shipping within the U.S. Shipping may be upgraded / expedited and cost for these services will be calculated at checkout.  Upgraded shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.


How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Standard Shipping is via USPS Mail and will be received within 5 - 10 Business Days. You will receive a Shipping Notification email that lets you know the estimated time of arrival.


What are your shipping rates for international shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on international orders of $150USD+. Orders less than $150USD will have shipping calculated at check-out through the Shopify store.  

You are able to select your preferred method of shipping at checkout.


How long will shipping take for international orders?

Due to the current global impact of COVID-19, standard shipping times have been extended to 12 - 22 Business Days. You will receive a Shipping Notification email that lets you know the estimated time of arrival.


Does Magnus Canis + Co. cover duties?

MAGNUS Canis + Co. does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or U.S. territories?

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. Territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Mail service.



Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm U.S. PST (U.S. Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday.

MAGNUS Canis + Co. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays.
